  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Personalized Items: Please note that customized products, such as the Prosperity Blueprint (personalized based on your birth details), are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address within 2-3 business days.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund for you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
