1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Personalized Items: Please note that customized products, such as the Prosperity Blueprint (personalized based on your birth details), are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address within 2-3 business days.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund for you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account (or original method of payment) within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
